I have had this issue since purchasing the Magic Keyboard for my 12.9 iPad Pro. When trying to type on some Websites, the space bar will not work. If I click option space it will work. This is also an issue when I use Microsoft RDP to remote into a Windows PC. Any one know of a solution or have had this issue? I always run the latest updates in hopes the issue will get resolved. Thanks, Bill

Try this
Settings >Accessibility > Keyboards > full Keyboard Access > commands
remove “space bar” from the “activate” field.

I have an iPad Pro 11 with a Smart Keyboard running iOS 13.5.1 and I’m using the Microsoft RD client app to conecto to mi pc from the iPad, works fine but I can’t have access to fn keys [f1...f12]. I tried using a windows keyboard connected to my iPad by Bluetooth but still not working. Is there a way to use fn keys from my iPad ?

Answer: A:
You can use the onscreen alternate keyboard to access the function keys when using RD Client.
1 - Tap the keyboard icon at the top of the screen to activate the onscreen mini keyboard:
2 - Tap the key with the bidirectional arrows to switch to the alternate keyboard:
3 - Use the function keys. When finished, tap the key with the bidirectional arrows to return to the mini keyboard or tap the keyboard icon at the top of the screen to dismiss:
When you dismiss the keyboard the state it was in, mini or alternate, will be the one that is returned when reactivated.
