I need a laptop for simulation on SW

3. Legion 5 with Ryzen 7 5800H + RTX3050TI

4. Helios 300 with I7-11800H+RTX3060

which one is the best for Solidworks?

and give me a recommendation for a laptop under USD$1800that's good
