Vichy capital soleil mattifying 3-in-1 spf50+ review

My oily skin can be a problem when I try to find the perfect sunscreen. It’s really frustrating when I buy an expensive face sunscreen and after a couple of hours my skin has so much oil, I can fry an egg. And then there’s the fact that after a couple of uses [or even sometimes after the first use] some sunscreens tend to get worse or create breakouts on my skin. Not happy about all of this, I also have a little of sensitive skin.

Yeah, it can be a real challenge to find the perfect sunscreen. Until now, I have found two that I like [not love but I’m quite happy about them] and that I normally use every day. But the weather is very hot and I needed something stronger when it comes to mattifying.

Luckly my job gives me the opportunity to know all the new launches when it comes to Vicky! And because of that, I think I found my holy grail when it comes to sunscreens to oily skin! I’m talking about the Vicky Capital Soleil SPF 50+ mattifying 3-in-1 Daily Shine Control!

Key Ingredients: Green Clay, Probiotic derived extract and Vichy Mineralizing water.

I tried this product with low expectations because in the past I already tried a good part of Vicky sunscreens but none were the best for my skin type. But Vicky listened to me [I like to think that] and produced a sunscreen that’s perfect for oily skin. I can use it in the morning and in the end of the day my skin is not dropping oil! Of course, I still have a little oil in the end of the day but much less than if I didn’t use any other product!

The scent is amazing, it has the known scent of a sunscreen but also something fresh that I love. It remind me of beaches, summer and ice-creams! When I use this product and look in the mirror I think it gives a little of a blur effect because the skin looks a little more even and I can’t say it gives me a white cast, at least I don’t notice it.

I’m really happy about this purchase and I advice it to one of my closest friends that has a skin even more oily than mine and a lot of blemishes and she loves it too! It’s a really good product and I advice you to try it! I almost forget to say that it suits very well under makeup.

Let’s talk about prices: normally is around 19€-22€ [in Portugal] but after all the discounts Vicky had last month, I bought it for 15€! I think it was a great deal!
