They will always blame you for their lousy internet connection and servers [which can't handle the bandwidth of the peak hours]
They often change the rules without informing teachers and then they fine them. You often realize that you "have made mistake" on your payroll!
They only value your opinion when they are neck-deep in problems.
Pay is not competitive and their evaluation system is a joke!

By far the WORST ONLINE ENGLISH company! If you ever encounter this company or so called school... DO NOT WORK for them, they are lazy and liars and will never admit they did anything wrong in terms of money transfer or connection issues. They will always blame you even if you have proof that it's not your fault, for example, if you screenshot the speed connection and clearly it's not your connection who is at fault here but their servers, they will say it's your fault and cancel your class, therefore you won't get paid and even have to pay a fine. If you have love for yourself and if you have love for time, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME working for this lousy company! Their pay is not competitive AT ALL! Offering a miserable 8 dollars an hour starting pay. You will regret it!! There are so many other online English schools for teachers who are looking for extra hours that will pay you at least 15 dollars an hour, just be patient and keep looking. Don't even consider this WASTE/GARBAGE/TRASHY school!

I work everyday. I choose to work from Monday to Saturday with one day off. I work from 7:00-11:00 P.M Philippine time. When I started to work here I learnt how to handle the class a 1 is to 6 students which different form my previous online English company. I learnt how to manage my time and I learnt how to handle different students with different personalities, attitude and skills. I learned how to handle my class through virtual classroom platform.
The hardest part of this job is when I experience internet and power interruption because my job is dependent on power and connection.
But the most enjoyable part is we can balance our work and life here where we have our freedom when to work or not unless if we have scheduled class. And during the evaluation period we also have periodical bonus to add on our next salary.

You can choose your own hours so you can sort of plan ahead. But hours are limited so you cannot book all your available hours.
Salary is way under the rest of South Asia
The evaluation system does not really include student feedback. There is nothing that you can do to disagree with the evaluators. You take what you get or you leave.
Student Managers dont really identify and solve a problem
Connection to the Vietnam Server is not good.
Its okay for pocket money, but not for serious teachers.
BUT
The students and the assistants are amazing.
Limited hours, under average pay, poor management system. unfair evaluations. Poor server connection.
