November 8, 2022 These FAQs have been updated to include information related to the ETS revisions that were adopted on April 21, 2022 and became effective and enforceable on May 6, 2022. You may also refer to this shorter set of FAQs that highlight the changes between the previous January 14, 2022 ETS and the newly revised ETS from May 6, 2022.
