I was staying in this hotel for almost a month and can say it was a very good experience. I absolutely loved the staff, they helped us with every problem we got. They solved the issues very fast and were welcoming and friendly. I would like to specifically thank Davorka who helped me and my husband in a very difficult moment when our bag was stolen in a city center. She provided all the necessary information about the police stations and really supported us humanly. If I were a head of this hotel, I would definitely award her in some way. We are going back to Belgrade soon and will definitely stay in this hotel again.
