Flood is considered as one of the most dangerous disasters in the world. There was a “ historical flood ” that happened in Hanoi in 2008. This must be a year that Hanoians can never forget because the rain was so heavy and lasted for many days consecutively that inundated many streets of Hanoi. The rain was considered heaviest in the last 100 years, which caused people to suffer from a lot of damage. According to statistics, many families even suffered from inundation as high level of water flew into their houses. Offices or schools had to make emergency announcement to let their employees and students be at home to avoid any potential accidents that may caused by the pouring rain. Life then had a lot of disturbance and people had to wait until it stopped raining. The rain triggered inconvenience for people in different fields as high death toll was recorded, traffic was in no order or people stood a high chance of dangerous epidemics. Luckily, after a few days, life began to come back to the way it was thanks to concerted effort of both local authority and many people of the city .

Lũ lụt được coi là một trong những thảm họa nguy hại trên quốc tế. Vào năm 2008 đã có một trận lũ lụt lịch sử dân tộc diễn ra ở Thành Phố Hà Nội. Đây là năm mà chắc rằng người TP. Hà Nội nào cũng không hề quên chính do mưa to và lê dài nhiều ngày liên tục đến mức những thành phố ở Thành Phố Hà Nội bị ngập lụt. Trận mưa này được coi là trận mưa to nhất trong 100 gần đây, khiến con người bị thiệt hại nhiều. Theo thống kê, nhiều mái ấm gia đình thậm chí còn còn chịu cảnh ngập lụt do nước dâng cao tràn vào nhà. Các văn phòng hoặc trường học đã phải thông tin khẩn cấp để nhân viên cấp dưới và học viên ở nhà để tránh mọi tai nạn đáng tiếc hoàn toàn có thể xảy ra do mưa như trút nước. Cuộc sống khi đó có nhiều trộn lẫn và mọi người phải đợi đến khi trời tạnh mưa. Mưa gây phiền phức cho người dân ở những nghành khác nhau như số người chết tăng cao, giao thông vận tải không trật tự hoặc dân cư có rủi ro tiềm ẩn cao xảy ra dịch bệnh nguy hại. May mắn thay, sau vài ngày, đời sống đã mở màn trở lại như cũ nhờ sự chung sức của cả chính quyền sở tại địa phương và nhiều người dân thành phố .

There are many different natural causes leading to natural disasters, and being aware of these causes enables us to be better prepared when they do arrive. One of the most common natural disasters is flooding, which occurs when a river bursts its banks and the water spills out onto the floodplain. During wet periods, flood warnings are often put in place because of a great giảm giá of heavy rain. There are other risk factors for flooding that we have to mention such as steep-sided channels cause fast surface run-off, the lack of vegetation and woodland break the flow of water. Hay nói cách khác, tất cả chúng ta không hề làm chậm dòng nước lũ nếu như những rừng cây bị biến mất .
Flood is one of the most dangerous disasters in the world. It’s the fact that every flood causes damage not only on property but also on people. Vietnam, the country with S-shape mainland located at Southeast Asia is affected severely by floods, especially int the middle of Viet Nam. Every year, there are about 10-15 floods coming into Viet Nam. The main reason is heavy rain with average annual rainfall from 1500 – 2000 mm due to its location. The influence of monsoon is also a reason that Vietnam has to be affected by storms and tropical depressions. Furthermore, being next to the sea, tides create floods in lots of regions which have poor drainage systems. Additionally, earth ’ warming leads to the rising of sea level and deforestation have made the problem more serious. Floods destroy lands, paddy fields, houses, damage the facilities of middle areas. People lose their home and even lives due to floods. Although Viet Nam always tư vấn the local but it take time and right after they reconstruct their life, floods will be going to come again. To stop this, government are finding new modern solutions and giving precautions with warnings as soon as possible. I hope that in the future the Viet Nam will have a more effective solution and the locals in the middle areas will have a better life .

Ảnh hưởng của gió mùa cũng là một nguyên do khiến Nước Ta phải chịu tác động ảnh hưởng của bão và áp thấp nhiệt đới gió mùa. Hơn nữa, bên cạnh biển, thủy triều gây lũ lụt ở nhiều vùng có mạng lưới hệ thống thoát nước kém. Thêm vào đó, sự nóng lên của Trái Đất dẫn tới sự ngày càng tăng mực nước biển và nạn phá rừng làm cho yếu tố nghiêm trọng hơn. Lũ lụt tàn phá đất đai, ruộng lúa, nhà cửa, làm hư hại những cơ sở vật chất vùng trung lưu. Mọi người mất nhà và thậm chí còn cả mạng sống do lũ lụt. Mặc dù Nước Ta luôn tương hỗ những địa phương nhưng phải mất thời hạn và ngay sau khi Phục hồi lại đời sống, lũ sẽ lại xảy ra. Để ngăn ngừa điều này, cơ quan chính phủ đang tìm kiếm giải pháp mới tân tiến và đưa ra những giải pháp phòng ngừa với những cảnh báo nhắc nhở càng sớm càng tốt. Tôi kỳ vọng rằng trong tương lai Nước Ta sẽ có một giải pháp hiệu suất cao hơn và người dân địa phương ở khu vực miền trung sẽ có một đời sống tốt đẹp hơn .
Natural disasters are one of the biggest problems that people have to confront nowadays. So does Vietnam, we are against natural disasters. The most common natural disasters in Vietnam are hurricanes. The hurricanes can cause damage to houses and peoples. A lot of people lost homes, which leads that they don’t have a place to live in. Not only that, they also suffer the pain of losing their relatives. According to statistics, the hurricanes in Vietnam made about 230 people die and a lot of people can’t be found. What is more dangerous than it causes the flood. Flooding is also a dangerous natural disaster because it can cause harm like a hurricane … Additionally, it can make the water line polluted and this is one of the causes that make people and animals sick. From these arguments, we can know about the harmfulness of hurricanes and floods so I will tell you some ways to prevent the hurricanes and floods. First, you should always update the news about the hurricanes. Second, you should prepare essential things such as water, food, clothes, medicines, first-aid-kits, … Third, we should reinforce our house and always be ready to evacuate. In conclusion, I can say that natural disasters are extremely dangerous, but we can prevent them by doing what I say .
