Plot Edward Cole is a millionaire, while Carter Chambers is a humble African-American mechanic and they're both terminally ill. Despite different backgrounds and social classes, they are determined to not wait for their fate passively, so the two men flee together from the hospital to accomplish all that they have never been able to do in their lives.
