Naruto shippuden ninja storm 4 review

All these Naruto Storm titles play the same with only variations of updated rosters and new story in accordance with the chronological order of the shows latest installment. This latest in the series is a compilation of previous games in addition to new content as well. Although the reviewer from Common Sense thinks the control scheme is"odd", this is the most playable title in the fighting world of gaming with no moves or inputs to memorize unique to each fighter, but a universal control layout that applies to each charecter universally. My wife, for instance, hates other fighting games as she doesn't like memorizing moves and is NOT a gamer aside from the simplest of games (ie, pac man, space invaders). However she CAN play this as each character has slightly different and unique moves, but those moves are executed the same way for every character, making this a more pick up and play title than almost every other fighting game. The 3D environments allows 360 degrees of motion and can take a few tries to get used to, but layout allows for freedom and difuses cheap wins, unlike side scroller fighters, that allow you to get pinned and pummelled into a corner by aggressive players. The control scheme causes much more freedom and desire for experimenting with different characters to find ones that best suit you instead of being stuck to one or 2 favorites early on being capped by your ability to memorize button inputs for each and every individual character. The cinematics are fun to watch for timed special attacks but can become somewhat repetative, but with so many characters and the fluid transition between them, you can switch up the variety once you get too offput by watching the same ones many times over. You can get into the story mode if you want, but this is just a way of linking battles in some sequence to story with unecessary tedium between battles. But, for fans, this may be a meaningful rehashing if you're itching to relive moments of the show in game form. Even for those not fans of the cartoon itself, the themes and overpowered, otherworldy ninja magic battles rival, arguably, even the craziness of Dragonball Z games but with more style and variety. fans may have a leg up on other players at first with more of a grasp of what is taking place by sheer familiarities with the concepts linked to gameplay, but after awhile, all players have equal footing once the basic controls are understood. Afterward, simply a practice of timing and some slight familiarity with each charecters range, speed, radius etc. will make most players adequate enough to be competetive with at least a handful of characters.

Naruto: Suns 4 is the perfect evolution of a franchise that's been around for many years. With a huge roster, an excellent history mode and its spectacular play-style, this one is a game that every otaku must play.

It's probably stupid to think that Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is the last Naruto game CyberConnect2 is in charge of. But the Japanese studio developed it like it was its grand finale: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is deeper, richer and more beautiful than ever.

A good pc fighter game with great moves controls and story mode.

For **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** ****

A casual fighter that puts fun before difficulty, and tries to be approachable rather than technical. While not an ideal starting point for someone new to Naruto, I don’t doubt it will be loved by long time fans.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is another solid game in this series!

A great game for all Naruto fans out there, it may be not too bold when it comes to innovation, but it's still content packed and graphically very ambitious.

While engaging modes shake things up when it all gets a bit shallow, think twice if you’re looking for a fighter with depth. But as a series send-off for obsessives? It’s a knockout. [May 2016, p75]

I like the intensity of the combat, the visual design in the game and its faithfullness to Narutos story and universe, but it doesn’t hold my interest for more than an hour at a time.

Nice fighting game that I've been playing for 2 years without getting bored

Not a bad game by any means but it didn't have that flow that the other ninja storm games had I'd give it an eight but Ninja Storm one (which I still have to beat) will take that spot.

The best naruto game i've played so far. The gameplay is extremely fun but i'm not a huge fan of some of the controls personally. I'm not the biggest of the story it tells because i'm not a huge fan of the naruto shippuden anime. The online is fine but it's pretty dead nowadays which is fine but it'll be more active if there was more variety to it. The best thing about ninja storm 4 definitely have to be the visuals, they are SO impressive here. But yea that's basically it.

I'm a big fan of Naruto so i bought this game without hesitatioN. SADLY, The game is an underwhelming experience. Alot of the characters have the same moveset since storm 2 (Sai, Neji, Lee, Killer b, the list goes on). Instead of adding characters we all want they added **** characters like Iruka Konohamaru and Rin. if theY added Kinkaku aNd Ginkaku instead of these characters i mentionned earlier we would be happy "BUT LET'S ADD **** CHARACTERS WE'LL CREATE MOVESET FOR THEM SINCE WE NEVER SAW THEM FIGHT INTEAD OF OTHER COOL CHARACTers the fans have been asking since the dawn of time". I'll not even talk about their servers . The story mode had great moments but the majority of the time it was just an image with subtitles and Kaguya boss fight was a spamming fest. There is wall runniing only in story mode. The graphics are good I admit. They made us buy the season pass which contains sound four, boruto, sarada but 2 months later theY announce another dlc which contains boruto and Sarada again but with differents moveset WTF!? IMO STORM 3 WAS BETTER.

Im a major naruto fan boy. This game is fun if you just like play multiplayer. I was going into it expect a good story mode and was let down. I really do hate having to read things for 10 minutes on to then have a fight happened. Anyone whos watched naruto already knows the story. I do enjoy the multiplayer but for 60 bucks this game just isnt worth it. Story mode is only 4-5 hours long then after that its just straight multiplayer. This game would have been a good 30 dollar game with the content it does have. Was really let down with story mode.

Summary Recreate all the legendary teams from NARUTO SHIPPUDEN or create your own team. Players will be able to switch characters during the fight. The roster spans the NARUTO SHIPPUDEN story arc and capture the latest character appearances from the anime. Almighty foes such as Kaguya, Madara (Six Paths) & Obito (Six Paths) join the fray.

Is Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 worth it?

In my opinion, storm 4 is absolutly worth it if you want to play a naruto game right now. Storm 5 doesn't even have a release date yet, just some moderatly credible rumors, so don't wait for it. The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Is Naruto ninja Storm 4 for kids?

Its is almost the same as the game super smash bros witch is rated everyone 10+. The only thing I would worn you about is in the story line there are spoilers to the show, so if your child has not finished the show they should know about that. Over all I would recommend this for children 12 and up.
