The totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bear

1) Quality is defined as the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bears its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs of the customer. A Manufacturing firm is planning to implement quality management in the factory? Briefly describe the four major categories of costs that are associated with quality that this firm will have to consider?

From the four examples of corporate visions and mission statements below, it is apparent that all these companies want to provide good quality goods and services to their customers. The end result is that they will enjoy prosperity and long-term growth.

·      For me, quality is nothing more than a perception of product or service about an individual thought, for example, iphone and Nokia, who is the king? iphone because we have the perception that the phone is very good, but the truth is that Nokia has higher levels of quality and durability than any phone.

In SDMX, "Quality Management" refers to processes in place to focus on quality, to monitor the quality of the statistical programs, to deal with quality considerations in planning the statistical programs. It also includes how well the resources meet the requirements of the program, and measures to ensure efficient use of resources (staffing, facilities, computing resources, and financing of statistical programs).
