Oct 9, 2018 4:54 AM in response to mgildin In response to mgildin I can help you as I had this problem too. It is a 'feature' (bug) somewhere between the iOS and iTunes but easy to resolve. Link your device to iTunes and UNCHECK the option to sync your music - this will remove all music from the device (inc. playlists) - don't panic!
