As the year draws to a close, Apple Music has shared its Top 100 charts for 2021. The streaming service has compiled a list of its most streamed songs, most Shazamed songs, most viewed lyrics and, for the first time, most streamed workout songs. This year, the rankings in each category were determined using data complied from users across the globe on Apple Music between October 16, 2020, and October 15, 2021.

BTSlands the #1 single with international hit Dynamite, succeeding 2020s winner The Box by Roddy Ricch.

Olivia Rodrigos drivers license finishes in the runner up position, which also takes #1 on the most viewed lyrics list. Although Apple neglected to share a full Top Albums list as they did last year, Rodrigos debut LP SOUR won Album of the Year at the services annual Apple Music Awards earlier this week.

Justin Bieber claimed two of the year ends top 10 with Peaches (with Daniel Caesar and GIVEON) at #6 and Stay (with The Kid LAROI) landing at #8. He joined Rodrigo and DaBaby as the only artists with two top 10 finishers.

In addition, BTS, Lil Baby, SZA, Pop Smoke and GIVEON all also landed multiple songs in the global top 25.

Masked Wolf made the top 20 with breakout hit Astronaut In the Ocean, which was also ranked at #1 on the Most Shazamed Songs list.

Also of note,Joel CorryandMNEKs Head & Heart (Tiësto Remix) was the #1 workout song, topping the first ever edition of this chart.
