Hguc gundam mk ii revive review
Lets take a look at the revived version of the Gundam Mk ii in the Titans colour scheme! Despite the dark coloured plastic, the nubs were surprisingly easy to clean. For stickers, you get the front and back cameras, the eyes and two more for the chest sensors. Decals include numbers from 01 to 03 depending on your preferred unit. Note that the Titans Test Team decals were added on separately and do not come along with the kit. We just went along with it to make it stand out more :D Front View:Rear View:Articulation:Its actually quite impressive on this kit. The neck has two joins, above which connects to the head, and one at the base of the neck so it allows the head to be tilted really far up! You can get some great flying poses with that! The arms can go really far out and the elbows are well designed double joints allowing for great flexibility! The fist can touch the shoulder. The waist can go all the way around. The Legs can go out really far as well! The knees are double jointed as well, but due to the design cannot bend that far. The ankles have ball joints so they can rotate and swivel side to side. The whole structure of the kit though is really solid :D Nice subtle details. The ankles has visible pistons and the hose pipes on the back knee have ridges to simulate bends. Accessories:The Gundam comes along with a plethora of weapons. Starting with those on the mobile suit itself, mounted on the backpack are two Beam Sabers! A rotatable shield that can be mounted on either arm.. A really cool Beam rifle with an extra movable handle that can swivel out. The Bazooka, sadly no extra ammo clips :/ The rear skirt of the Gundam has a hatch that can be opened out to mount the Bazooka And finally, though the Gundam's design did not include head vulcan guns, you do get this piece for the external Vulcan pods. Surprisingly detailed! To sum up, this kit is really well designed and a lot of fun to put together. Its sturdiness combined with its great articulation and weapon loadouts give a lot of options for a wide variety of action poses! Incredibly solid Gundam Of all the main gundam designs from the Zeta/ZZ era, I think the Mk-II has aged th most gracefully. I can't imagine a better successor to the RX-78. The armor is nice and thick. Great weapons. Articulation is great, as most revive models are, and no loose dangly bits. A great place to start for gunpla builders.
