How to undo always open with app

While i was messing around trying to find a way to make a shortcut i accidently clicked "Google chrome" for .url now the shortcuts for my games don't work, before the default was nothing, i don't know how to set it back. Im on windows 10

   After tapping a video/photo I will see a pop up asking me to select an app, open with [Just once] or [Always] (screenshot below)

   If I selected an app and tap [Always], how to undo so [Just once] or [Always] will pop up again?

   What is your favorite app to for viewing image and video? Thanks

1. Download the Forums for Android™ app! Download

2. Go into Settings > Apps (may be called "App Manager" on a Samsung). Select the app in question, look through its details and you should see that it's been set as the default app for some actions. Clear those defaults and you will be asked which app to use again.

   (Can't be more precise in wording as Samsung rename everything and I don't have a recent Samsung to check on. But that's the general procedure).

   I accidentally click "always open with" a particular application on a BibTeX file and now the icons of all such files change to the icon of that app and I cannot find a way to undo the operation. In fact, I want Windows to always ask me how to open
   a BibTeX file instead of sticking to a specific program. Thanks for any suggestions!

   Here are what I've tried, but none of them works:

   • Execute "assoc .bib= && assoc .bibtex=" in cmd.exe as Administrator.
     Nothing happens.
   • In Settings under "choose default apps by file type", remove the default app at ".bib" entry.
     However, there's no such entry.
