•  Here, I would like to talk about an occasion when I received wonderful service in a restaurant.
• A couple of months back, on the occasion of my parent’s wedding anniversary, I wanted to make them feel special.
• So, I came across the idea to organize a small get together in a famous restaurant called ‘Red Leaf’.
• For this, I called them to reserve some tables for the coming Saturday to avoid any sitting issues.
• On that day, we visited there around 8 pm.
• I must say, we were completely astonished because the place was beautifully decorated with balloons and flowers.
• If I talk about the taste and quality of their food, it was out of this world.
• Firstly, we ordered some starters, like spring rolls and fries, which were super delicious and fresh.
• Then, we started our main course, which was also mouthwatering.
• I have to say, we all got surprised when the manager brought a cake and congratulated my parents on their anniversary.

• Apart from this, they gave us a special discount for organizing a party in their establishment.
• Overall, we were very satisfied with their food, service and hospitality.
• So, that was the time when I received good service while I was eating something at a restaurant.

I would say organisations and customers largely depend on one another. Companies provide people with good quality products, which helps customers make their lives smooth. Customers help companies grow their businesses by purchasing their products and services. That’s why most companies  try to give the best customer service to their potential customers.

2   As a customer, what kinds of services would you expect to receive from a company?

I believe companies should make their customers satisfied by providing them high quality products and services. If the company gives a guarantee or warranty on any particular item for a certain period, then they should not make any excuses while making claims by customers. Similarly, if the organisation has delivered a faulty product, then they should immediately apologise and provide them a refund or a replacement.

3  What kind of jobs involve coping with the public?

As far as I know, most jobs these days involve a certain degree of dealing with the public. Jobs, such as marketing, sales, retail and other service related jobs, require employees to directly deal with potential customers. Then, in healthcare and education services, workers have to cope with the public.

4 Why should companies react quickly when customers have difficulties?

I think organisations should take immediate actions when their customers face some problems. If a company doesn’t focus on consumers’ complaints, then this can put a negative impact on the brand value of the company. So, companies should solve customers’ queries as soon as possible.

Some people believe that connections among coworkers are worthless because the primary aim of any employer is the job and its outcomes. Relationships and concentration on work are of equal importance in my opinion. So, this essay will evaluate two views and emphasize their benefits and limitations.

Firstly, a positive working connection makes a job simpler and more effective than if they worked independently. I believe that such relationships between individuals result in an environment in which each individual works as a team to solve issues and achieve targets. Apparently, the ability to depend on teammates decreases a person's stress and anxiety levels.

On the contrary, concentrating on a career helps the individual unveil themselves and gain individual accomplishments. In other ways, whenever an individual works alone, he or she is not dependent on anyone else. As a consequence, he or she can guarantee the eventual outcome of their job and receive benefits from a manager. Furthermore, when individuals function independently, they do not waste too much time on gossip and irrelevant issues with their colleagues. Scientists have shown that such discussions occupy half of a normal workday. Many people believe that to avoid rumours and the spread of false information, one should think about what they are comfortable sharing with coworkers. They try to establish boundaries between the personal and professional parts of your life so that you can work efficiently.

In conclusion, this is a tricky question, but I prefer to agree with the view that individuals should concentrate on work because it is more rewarding and effective.

It is generally said that creating good bonds in the workplace is unimportant because every employee's concentration should be on their work. I believe that the claim is pretty correct.
The biggest reason I tend to agree with this viewpoint is that the current employment market is intensely competitive. To be honest, the majority of companies choose candidates who can maximize every bit of time at work. Today, in contrast to the past, the majority of industries and occupations are managed by private corporations, whose primary aim is to maximize revenue. To emphasize, when employees establish a friendly relationship, they are much more likely to work together and owners view this as an excellent opportunity for industrial disputes. On the contrary, when connections are kept to a bare minimum, humans feel more secure. This is an incredible opportunity for many individuals to progress.
In conclusion, regardless of the fact that there are circumstances wherein developing friendly bonds amongst coworkers is important, in many current professions it is seen as more useful to emphasize on work.

In conclusion, I believe that professional targets are not the most important thing to pay attention to. If you find yourself in positive surroundings, you are more likely to be successful in your goals.
