Is Cono Sur Pinot Noir good?

In mouth sweet fruit notes stand out, and its fine tannins give it a great texture and a mouth filling structure. Balanced and New World styled, this is a wine of personality and elegance. Sexy, pure and simple, it's a young and refreshing Pinot.

What country is Cono Sur wine from?

Cono Sur was born around the oldest Pinot Noir vineyards in Chile. We were the first in Chile to produce Premium Pinot Noir, and also the first to export the variety. Producing Pinot Noir has been Cono Sur's most exciting challenge, and it is the only variety present in all of our ranges.

Is Cono Sur wine sweet?

Product description. A deep, impressive ruby-red color that suggests concentrated grapes harvested at just the right moment. This Cabernet Sauvignon´s nose is governed by pleasant notes of plum, raspberry and sweet spices, while in the mouth, chocolate and subtle hints of vanilla can be appreciated.

How old is best for a Pinot Noir?

We generally suggest 10 years, and in some cases 15+ years. If you're drinking a cellared Yering Station Pinot, expect evolved flavours in the space of cranberry, forest figs, Russian toffee and truffles. In some cases – raisins, Christmas brandy cake and soft leathery spice as well.
